I downloaded to a chromebook

I purchased a prior year software to a chromebook, paid for it but it won't open in chrome OS. How do I correct this? Am I able to do a prior years tax return through turbotax on a chromebook?

You will need to use TurboTax Online software and not TurboTax download.
