i need help with t2

Good afternoon,

I NEED HELP.

2 things.

1. I purchased for 321.99$ the turbotax inc 2022 as I liked the video that turbo tax sent me. I can't use it because none of my computers have windows. I requested the refund link. It will not recognise my order number. I tried CAPS and lower case with no luck.

2. I am in intuit live full service business 2022 as suggested by an turbo tax email. Issues: I can do my taxes (i think) I would only need an assist and review. Not sure if that option is available? I am stuck in intuit live full service business 2022. It wont allow me to move forward or delete it. The only items on the screen are next steps, documents and tax experts. I've sent MANY messages via tax expert in the last few days. no one replied. None of which have helped or guided me to a next function or continue or delete. This is my first T2. Only for October till Dec 31 2022. I'm losing sleep over this.
