I hava RT number already and I can file the GST HST but I am not sure exactly how to add the t2125 lines to my personal return portion I can only see 13500 and 13499 in the available lines but none of the T2125 lines show in CRA list

Refile your 2019 tax return- When completing your income tax return it asks if you are self-employed and when you answer "Yes" and continue, you will end up getting to the T2125 to complete it.
