I want to use the file for free service but it won't let me submit my tax profile or income without upgrading, why is this happening?

It says there should be locked items that are only usable if you upgrade, but not only are none of the ones I selected locked, but it doesn't show any of them as locked. Could the locks have glitched and been hidden, so maybe I have selcted something but don't know?
