If I have a refund, and my spouse has a small payment, is it deducted from my refund? It looks like it is, but I'm not sure because it asked about payment at one point.

My bottom line reads $1755.93 and his is -$130.18, and my refund lists $1625.75, so it looks like it was taken off my refund, but it asked about how the payment would be made at some point.

Canada Revenue Agency will not deduct from your refund to pay your spouse's balance owing.  Once you receive your Notices of Assessment you will see that you will receive your full refund and your spouse will be responsible for their amount owing.
