Incorrect Income Tax calculation for a non-resident

I am a non-resident and Turbo Tax recognizes this.  When I enter my "T" slips in Turbo Tax it calculated that I had to pay an additional $1,488.67 and my wife an additional $2,114.91.  I couriered my income tax package to Revenue Canada and paid these two amounts.  Revenue Canada Returned $6,883.83 and $4,121.71 respectively.  I do not have a 25% withholding tax on our CPP but we both have a 25% withholding tax on OAS.  It appears that Turbo Tax is calculating my income tax due based on CPP and OAS inclusive.  As a non-resident I do not pay any income tax on either.  Why is Turbo Tax including CPP and OAS as part of my income tax and calculating my tax payable with CPP and OAS included?

Thank You.
