keep getting message that turbo tax not working properly

Hi,

Trying to help my daughter file a 2021 return with Turbo Tax Standard 2021 and will not let file as it times out, suggests filing by uploading file, have tried to do that on two different browsers and receive a puppy picture and message that turbo tax is not working properly.  Does that mean a problem on you end or a problem with our software.  How do we rectify and file the return?
