Keeps asking me to review without completing

After selecting NETFILE or PRINT and SEND, the system brings me back to review. No new errors, but won't move forward. WHAT IS GOING ON?!?!

You will not be able to Netfile your tax return until February 24, 2020. 

This is why you keep getting the review section. It's not an error, you just can't Netfile yet.

Hi, its now the 27th and it is still continuing to do this, admin said it would be fixed after the 24th. How much longer?

Keeps sending me back to the "I didnt review" page too! So frustrating!

I was able to Netfile 2018 and 2019 but having problems with 2017.
