I bought the Premier version for 12 returns but we have only filed one so far and it is telling me the code is assigned to another account Error 608. Can I bypass this
@lizs949 Since tax year 2020, there is a difference between a license code (for Desktop) and an activation code (for Online).
Can you tell us where you bought your product and exactly what it says on the box, if it's a retail purchase?
@MaryG5 Make sure to log into the correct account that you have initially used to activate and link the TurboTax Online code with.
If you forgot your User ID, use this link: "Forgot User ID" to retrieve your account information.
I called Intuit directly and it’s all good now and a stated my return. Long wait but great service.
