Limitations on importing from QB Desktop?

Are there limitations to what versions of QD desktop I can import from?

Using TurboTax 2017 for an old return and the QB data is in QB Pro 2022.

I get a "Server Busy" pop-up, then "Unable to open Quickbooks session"
