Lost 2024 license key - how can i open my 2024 return
My online turbo tax account shows that i have purchased 2024 turbo tax while suddenly my 2024 turbo tax software asks me to re-enter my license key. I don't have the license key anymore as i thought it is saved with my account. How can i open my 2024 return now? I got an audit from government.

If you used the TurboTax download, it can ask for your license code. We can see that you had purchased TurboTax software for tax year 2023, purchased in 2024. Is this the license code you are referring to?

yes, i have been purchasing turbo tax for the past 10 years at least, including tax year 2024. I never had to re-enter the license key again on the same computer.
Would you be able to activate my 2024 software so that i can view my 2024 return, to answer government's audit question?
