I lost my past activation codes from 2022 and 2023. I purchased them from Costco and I am unable to log into the programs without it. Could someone please help me?
Third-party purchases are not documented in our records. In order for us to help you, do you possibly have a receipt, or could you obtain a copy from Costco? What version of TurboTax did you purchase, the online or the desktop version?
