Medical Exp Claim Period. I had set the period to 1/1/16-31/12/16. refund was for ex $5000. changed it to 2/1/16-1/1/17. Refund dropped to $4850. Why?

Check the dates on your receipts. Make sure they fall between those dates. It sounds like one or more receipt was dropped because of the date change.
