My session timed out while trying to do my 2021 income tax. I cannot find where I can continue. This assistant wants me to keep starting over and over and over and over.

Where can I find my unfinished 2021 tax return. The system wants me to start at the beginning and it’s done this four times now.

You can try these steps;

1) close TurboTax

2) Open the browser you use and clear the cache out.

Often when the temp files in your cache are too much, it can affect software of any kind easily.  Open Turbo, and if it doesn't check for updates automatically, check for updates yourself.
