I tried the update...which doesn't seem to work as it doesn't launch when completed.
I went in and the numbers still do not populate in T936.
Problem is not fixed. T3 amounts still not being transferred to form t936. Reinstalled software which didn’t fix problem
I have updated the software and the issue STILL exists. Please fix the problem ASAP as I am pulling my hair out and I don't have much left to pull.

Yup, lots of people, including me experienced that this morning. The workaround that worked for me and most others was to uninstall the current version and then download and install the latest version from here:
https://turbotax.intuit.ca/tax/software/download

I don't remember how many times i have redone the T3 entries. This is VERY FRUSTATING.
Can Turbotax please fix the problem!!!!
With all due respect, my T3 still has errors.
At what point will turbo tax refund the cost of the software so I can re-enter all the data & move on to a competitor that doesn't have issues?
I swear that it took less time to do a tax return back in the days when I entered everything by hand & multiplied the values without a calculator than it does trying to do all the fixes on your broken software. I really don't understand how this can be that hard to reprogram.
