    Hey, apologies for facing this issue.   The terms and conditions should be shown in a pop-up.  Check if there are any pop-up blockers that are preventing the popup.  Also try re-logging into the product and see if it solves the issue.  Please go to the TurboTax Contact Us page or call our TurboTax Support team at 1-888-829-8608 for further assistance.
