NetFile Québec Errors: "You can't have a negative total for medical expenses. Please review."

This error message kept me from filing the return. However, the value of medical expenses entered is for sure greater than the minimum medical expenses calculated by the system. Could you please help me with this problem?

(FYI: The claim period entered is within a 12-month claim period that ends in 2019. There is only 1 entry for medical expenses. No claims made for Québec Expenses for "Medical Services Not Available in Your Area tax credit". Even after deleting the receipt, the error message still popped up. )

I have the same Issue!  I don't see a negative amount either on the page it redirects me.  Please help
