I've tried to Netfile on numerous occasions over several days, and it keeps saying there is no internet connection. I've check the internet connection and it's totally fine. I called the TurboTax tech support and they said that it's a known issue and that the CRA website is down. I've waited for over a week and it's still down, and I don't want to print off taxes and to drop it off physically. Now what do I do? When are they going to fix this technical problem. Not being able to efile is making this TurboTax experience NOT pleasant and is discouraging me from buying the software in the future. PLEASE HELP! Can someone from TurboTax call me to fix this. I'm not looking forward to calling in and being put on hold again...

Cannot access my 2019 return to efile. I had to go in again and redo, but then also was asked to pay again.
I will not be using Turbo Tax again. I cannot understand why one cannot go in and access the return.
