Oops! Something unexpected happens

I changed different devices, they showed the same sad puppy.

this happened when I try to review one of my tags.

please advice is this only a system error every one has that I just have to wait???

or have I should do some cookies and glitch clear thing? shouldn't be, I tried different devices!!
