Hello,
I am currently filing my 2025 tax return using TurboTax Online. However, the application repeatedly crashes with the message:
"This should not have happened. Don't worry – your data has been saved."
I am filing from South Korea, so calling the phone support line is difficult due to international calling limitations.
I have already tried the following:
Started a new return twice without importing last year’s information
Used different browsers
Cleared cookies and cache
Used incognito/private mode
Despite these attempts, the same error continues to occur.
I also contacted TurboTax via Instagram and was advised to call phone support. However, as I am outside Canada, calling internationally is not easily accessible for me.
Could you please escalate this issue or provide an alternative way to resolve it without phone support?
I would greatly appreciate your assistance, as this issue is preventing me from completing and filing my return.
