Quebec NETFILE error - Turbotax found issues that prevent the creation of a valid file necessary to NETFILE in Quebec

When attempting to NETFILE a return in Quebec, I get the following error:

This is despite having had no errors in the Review process prior to netfiling (and making no choices when answering the netfiling questions that could cause a NETFILE refusal).  I suspect this error is related to  the following error I got when attempting to save the PDF version of the same return:

Form TPF-1.U is one of the Quebec summary forms that feature the 2D bar-codes used by Quebec.  Obviously I would much rather not file on paper so any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

We are aware of this issue, and it is currently being investigated. We hope to have this fixed by the end of next week. When it is fixed, I will post an update in this thread for you. We appreciate your patience as we work to get this resolved.
