2020 Turbotax transfer data from 2019 not working

I purchased the 2020 desktop with CD version and once again it is not carrying forward our investment properties information. 

Is this a common problem with an early release?  This happened last year too.

Am I the only person experiencing this issue?

Has anyone from TurboTax read the issue reported herein?

Are any other users experiencing the same problem of data not being transferred from 2019 to the 2020 forms?

Does TurboTax know this is a problem?

Do you know almost the exact same issue was happening in the 2019 release?

Are you working on solving this issue?
