Activation Code not working

I purchased the online version but the code is not working.

No explanation or solution is given.

Please make sure that you are entering a 16 digit license code. There should not be any hidden spaces in front of the code or at the back. For more and better information please visit Understand your TurboTax product license code. or What should I do if I’m getting a TurboTax activation error?
