Many posts on this and resolution was expected by April 14 in all communications from TT.  Then a post showed that Netfile Error 95365 was fixed on April 7.   Clearly not all of the issues were resolved.  I completed the available update of the software this morning.  Still no resolution.  The issue of the capital gains entered with input of T3's not transferring to the T936 when you have an overall capital loss for the year still exists.  I fail to see how this is a CRA issue when the TT software is not correctly transferring and populating the tax forms from the input.   Printing and filing the return is not a solution if the forms being submitted are incorrect due to the software issue, not to mention the extended timelines for processing on a mailed submission.  What exactly is Intuit doing to fix this and what are the timelines.  The we are working with CRA auto response isn't cutting it any more.

Just did the TurboTax update a few minutes ago - still no transfer of the T3 capital gains info to the T936 ( if you have a net capital loss).

Explain why it T936 populated last year and does not this year with capital losses.

This was to be working effective on April 14th.  Has anyone tested it today to see if it works?

It doesn't work if you have a capital loss.  Take a look at your T936 Chart A and if lines 68140 and 68150 are not populated with the T3 Box 21 amounts, then save yourself the time of trying to submit.

So we all seem to be caught in the same predicament.   What recourse to we have to force Turbo Tax to provide and update and a corrective solution?

I tried again this morning, April 15. TurboTax was updated. In order to ensure that the T3, T936 and Schedule 3 were all recalculated, I increased the value in Box 52 on the T3 giving me grief by one cent. I clicked Done with Other Boxes, and Done with T3.  Then, I went back to the T3s and changed the value in Box 52 back to the correct value. Again, I clicked Done with Other Boxes and Done with T3.
 
I went to File and submitted the tax return via Netfile to CRA. I got the same old message about the Error Code#95365: Line 68140 can not be less than line 17600.
 
I went to Forms. On Form T936, line 68140 is 0.00. On Schedule 3, Line 17600 is 1369.29.
 
TurboTax did not properly fill in line 17600 Schedule 3.

I'm at a point where I want to remove all of my T3 slips and then Netfile it.  Then, using Change my returns option on the CRA portal and add back my T3 slips.  Thoughts?

Just make box 53 the same as box 21 and you should be good to go.
