I have used TT for years and never had this issue. I cannot download my 1099 brokerage forms as I have in the past. When I choose "WF Advisors" (which I believe is what has worked in years past) it prompts me to log in and then gives me this error message: "Wells Fargo Advisors: The user cannot signon because he or she entered an invalid user ID or password". Yet I am logging in the WF with that exact ID/PW combo and I have attempted this a dozen or more times over several days
When I choose "WF Bank" it launches to another window to log in and connect accounts or tax forms, but nothing happens after I select and connect tax forms (prob because the Bank is not the right place)
HELP! I have entirely too many trades to go about typing this in manually!
Is there a glitch in the SW?
Is there another way to do this?
Tick tock tax time is coming soon!
