    CRA Result Code: 31

    We're sorry, the Canada Revenue Agency was unable to accept your NETFILE tax return.

     

    The information sent to the Canada Revenue Agency doesn't match the information currently on record, which was provided by Service Canada.

     

    How do I fix this? I also printed and mailed my return to the CRA but have gotten no response, so I don't know what to do. Help.
