Hello, Has the error 95365 been corrected yet? I have seen no postings which makes me think it maybe resolved, however when I go into the tax return it is still not pulling the information into form 936 from the T-slips that I had previously entered. As a result, it appears to be the same, and still will not allow the return to be Netfiled. I believe the expectation was that it would be corrected by today. Has this been delayed again or am I doing something incorrectly??? I have an overall capital loss. Please advise next steps!!
I'm having the same problem. It appears to be a Turbotax software problem. I have several T3 entries to make. Line68140 on T936 Form remains at 0.00. When double clicking Line 61840 a box appears showing all of my T3 entries including a sum column with the correct figures. The sum of Box 52 and Box 53 on the T3 slips add up to the same value as the Box 21 values so I know there is no issue on the T3 entries. But Line 61840 remains as 0.00 and I can't override it.
@Al Lang This is not a TurboTax issue. The CRA has confirmed that this issue is affecting all CRA-certified tax software. TurboTax is in direct contact with senior Government of Canada officials at CRA, underscoring the urgent need for accountability and decisive action to resolve these issues for our customers and all Canadians.
To support taxpayers in navigating these CRA errors, the TurboTax Canada blog is being regularly updated with the latest information on NETFILE error codes, CRA-approved workarounds, and expected resolution dates.
As soon as the issue is resolved, we'll post an update in this thread.
