Error on Quebec form when claiming fixed rate Covid expenses

I have submitted both TP64.3 and TP59.s. I completed the TP64.3 fields with xxx's. My taxes are done....

Revenu Quebec called me back this morning. The issue is at their end. They will correct their programming on March 4th while doing other updates. Guess I’ll have to wait to submit my provincial return

Same issue here, turbotax has almost no support but after many attempts the provincial returns finally transmitted after completing the "unnecessary" TP64.3 form. Fill all fields and in 3.1 put "yes" and all else"no", unless you actually do have employment expenses other than just claiming the basic covid amount. Wish this company would have some actual human  support - better chance of reaching the pope!

Updated turbo tax and was able to submit the QC returns successfully 😄

All fixed now... I was able to NetFile today with no problems.
