Error T3 Box 52 and 53

When is this going to be fixed. I cannot finish my return?

When is this getting fixed? l have used Turbotax for many years but this is starting to make me want a different product.

I just spent over an hour on the phone with TurboTax support - they haven't fixed it yet and the final solution they gave me was to print and mail out the tax return!!!!! I tried all the other recommended fixes and still have the error.

Skip the Easy Step and go to the Forms view, T3.  I entered all the boxes that appeared on the T3 that had been issued, except that I combined boxes 52 and 53 in the same box.  I was able to Netfile.

This, after several hours of trying different solutions and an hour on the phone with TurboTax support (and they didn't give me the fix - I found it on the community).  Dreadful tech/customer support.

Thanks for that. Incredible and a very bad sign that this has apparently not been dealt with by Intuit after weeks of complaints.

When will the TurboTax software problem leading to the following error

: The sum of capital gains before June 25 in box 52, and capital gains after June 24 in box 53, must equal the total capital gains in box 21. Review and adjust your entries.

be fixed?
Note: all the values in these T3 boxes have been entered correctly.

I agree with the comment from dkealey above. In addition if you have a T-Slip with an amount in Box 21, you must also enter an amount in TurboTax Box 53 even if your T-Slip does not show an amount in this box. This allowed me to get rid of all errors and continue to Netfile.
