Intuit is preventing me from filing saying there is an error with Box 52,54,and 56 as well as Box 53,54,and57.I have confirmed the correct info but Intuit still does not accept and prevents me from filing.

Another member suggested pulling up the Forms and entering the info on the form method.
You need to delete the info in Easystep, do the T3Form and then you can go back to Easystep. Worked perfectly for me
I can't even try to netfile as Turbotax prevents me from do so indicating I have to resolve the T3 Error first, or simply print the Tax return and mail it. If I Had to mail it, I would not need Turbotax.

Read various forums and tried various workarounds, including uninstalling and reinstalling TT, splitting up the values of Box 21 into Boxes 52 and 53, copying Box 21 into Box 52, copying Box 21 into Box 53, etc.
Nothing fixes the error. Thus, I can't NETFILE my return.
What is the solution?
I think I figured out whats going on here. If you click into the forms and go to T3, make sure all of the values are filled out for box 53 by clicking into it. I found that the first "version" for box 53 wasn't filled out, resulting in an error.
The result is my taxable income went up, so I hope there isn't any double counting going on, but that's what fixed it for me.
With my T3, I only have a value for Box 21 and nothing for Boxes 52 or 53, so I just left them at zero. I did this for both Easystep, as well as the Forms method. Still can’t get rid of this error.
That's odd. I would assume there should be a value in 53 or 52 since those are the ones that go to line 17600 and 17599, respectively, of schedule 3, as per:
https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/tax/individuals/topics/about-your-tax-return/tax-re...
(open reporting instructions dropdown)
This is weird, since in prior years, box 21 went directly onto line 17600, but it appears that has changed? I suppose you can verify whether its going there by looking at line 17600 and 17599 manually, but this is what why we pay for turbotax, so we don't have to go on the internet looking for answers!
I'm sorry, I'm not quite sure what to do in your case.
Simple solution is to input the numbers for Box 52 and Box 53 in the second box 52 and 53 - not the foreign income boxes. All the error messages disappear and you can netfile.
This is due to the change to capital gains tax that was to have come into effect this year but has since been rescinded. Box 52 and 53 total the amount in Box 21 of the T3. One was capital gains before the new law was to be in effect and the value in the other box was for computation of capital gains after the new tax law was to have been in effect.
I spent a quite of time on this problem. I have re-entered everything directly again in the form view.
Not 100% sure if this is solution but I finally got through it and Netfiled:
If the T3 has a Source Country (ie not blank), the both first & second box of 52, 53 must be filled in (Foreign capital gain).
If the T3 has a blank Source Country (ie Canada sourced), only the first box of 52, 53 needs to be filled in
