How do you go back to a section in a return, you used to be able to click at the top to move in a return, I can no longer do that

If you are using TurboTax Online, you will click on Tax Home on the left-hand side. This will bring you to the list of sections that you can choose from. If you are having difficulty finding a specific thing, please use the search bar at the top.
