I denied a live review from an expert b/c the schedule said someone was available after the deadline. But now I’m doubting myself.Is there any way to get a live view now?

Same here! So frustrating when someone says "finish at your earliest convenience" then messages you 10 minutes later saying if we don't hear from you we will assume you have done your taxes yourself and close your account. Why on earth would someone pay for this service and do it themselves!? Clearly, I will be late, but where in your agreement does it say that after April 30th people have ZERO SUPPORT.
