@deen40 Have you tried clearing your cache, cookies, and using a different browser?
Yes I have tried all that while I was on the phone with a customer support representative who was still unable to fix the issue
@deen40 Have you used TurboTax Online Version or TurboTax Desktop Version? You can make changes to a filed tax return by filing a T1-adjustment. The CRA requires that you wait until you’ve received your Notice of Assessment (NOA) before filing an adjustment. In many cases, the CRA will catch the mismatch and automatically adjust your return for you.
For step-by-step instructions, please follow this TurboTax article: I've filed my tax return. Can I still make changes?
I'm also having the same issue. There's only the Continue button on my tax and there isn't a Refile opinion. Downloading the desktop version is not an option for me since i'm using a mac
@omgitsri Did you get an NOA? Have you tried using a different browser?
I have received a NOA and have tried clearing my cache and also used different browsers
@omgitstri If you have used TurboTax Online, ReFile is not available for Quebec residents.
You can do so directly in your My Account CRA and Revenu Québec, or by mail, by completing the following forms:
CRA: T1-ADJ T1 Adjustment Request
Revenu Québec: Request for an Adjustment to an Income Tax Return
Thank you for choosing TurboTax.
This sucks. I am in Quebec, having an online version. Looking at the changes to make in CRA to enter some T3 slips is kind of complicated, just like manually filing the Income Tax return yourself. We might as well forget buying the software in the first place!!!
@hungmtl We understand your disappointment and we thank you for your feedback. We have shared your comment to the proper TurboTax Team.
Thank you,
