invalid licence code

I purchased a Turbotax '2024 - premium' today (Feb 23, 2025).

The license code I received cannot be activated.

What am I doing wrong?

 If you have purchased a TurboTax Desktop version, you need to install it on a Windows OS. You can install using this link and us ethe 16 digit License code to activate the product. Please ensure that do have a steady internet connection when activating the software.

Make sure you have the administrator rights on the profile you are installing TurboTax on. You are not trying to install on a cloud .Turn off your antivirus software and Windows Defender, before installation.

 If the error persist, we suggest you to contact our product support by phone.

I purchased TurboTax Basic and was able to download it.

However, when it asked me to enter the licence code, it came back with "invalid licence code"

How can I get a valid one?
