Hi,
I tried to Netfile my return tonight and I get an error message saying that it cannot complete due to connection. I tried to file my wife's and it said the same thing. Restarted turbo tax and my computer and its still saying the same thing so I try to submit my sister's and hers works. I go back to mine and it fails due to connection again.
I can't think of anything that could be wrong on my end. My sister lives in Saskatchewan and I live in Ontario so maybe we're trying to connect to two different servers and my server is down right now?
Not sure what else it could be.
Still having the same issue. I've tried over the last 2 days and nothing different. I'm now up to 4 attempts with mine and 4 attempts with my wife's. Not sure what else to do.
I guess I'll try calling...
