Onetime $500 payment for seniors - Quebec line 154

The amount shows up correctly in RL-1 box O  but does not copy to line 154.  I would have to force the entry, which I rather avoid.

Everything works OK on the Federal side.

Is it a bug?  Or is it tax-free in Quebec (unlikely)?
