Ok, so what are my options? I have already paid for the service and I value TurboTax as I have used the service before. Is there a text option? I am happy to provide documents and verify whatever is needed

Unfortunately, if you do not have a Canadian/North American phone number, you have no other option for contacting a tax expert. This is a fundamental rule for communication that we cannot ignore. 

There is no other option than to use TurboTax Online/DIY products to prepare and file your return without the assistance of a tax professional.
