Quebec NETFILE error - Turbotax found issues that prevent the creation of a valid file necessary to NETFILE in Quebec

I followed these steps, but still getting the same error message.

TurboTax found issues that will prevent the creation of a valid file that is necessary to use Revenue Québec's NETFILE service. Please reach out to customer support.

I've got 2 income taxes for a couple. One owe and the other one doesn't. I did transfer some refund to cover for the full amount owing. I tried removing the transfer and have the spouse that owe select pays within 5 days as a trial, but still didn't work.

Thanks to continue troubleshooting and let me know what else can be an issue and I can try it.

@user17760158339 The error you are getting is regarding CCA? Because that is the one that is fixed for now.

Yes, I have CCA in both income taxes (faming income statement), however the error doesn't mention CCA? I can try again once you have your next update with CCA fixed to see if the file creation will work.

This seems to have been fixed as of April 20, although I didn't get any New Update available message when launching TurboTax so not sure if this was a bug on the server or with Revenue Quebec.

That said this the first time i've ever had this error and thankfully it has been resolved before the April 30th filing deadline.
