Hello @Bez, You can enter subcontractor expenses in the Inventory section after Income.

I think there is a bug. 

The pages go from: 

what was your self-employment or business income?

to: 

what’s your business income? Adjusting Professional Income for Work in Progress...

to:

Work Related Vehicle Expenses.

There is no option for subcontractors!
