Hello, Any update on this error? Is there a ETA when this will be fixed?
It has been fixed for me. I had to completely start over. I could not use the copy option that was suggested to me over the phone and I have been given vouchers to replace the four wasted returns.
Same thing just happened to me while the software was reviewing the return before I send it. These messages on the chat board are weeks old. How can you not of fixed this issue yet.
How do I get a refund for this product and I’ll use a different company?
Ask for Phone help and someone will call you back. They sorted out my problem and I was able to Netfile. (I think its something that I did wrong.))

I am got the exact same problem today. And already paid to put file my taxes and gone at the very last screen show this error message and wont move forward last mile
