I recently purchased TurboTax premier edition for 2022, and after downloading realized that the desktop version will not work with my new company computer security restrictions. I've used turbotax for many years, but with new company, I'm not able to use on my desktop. I requested a refund (Case#[phone number removed]) and explained situation but the site indicates the case is closed. Can I please get refund or (preferably) just get access to online version as I am not able to access or submit desktop version.
