RL25, the numbers in box F and box G are displayed in RED

Hello,

I imported my tax slips using TurboTax Standard from CRA/Revenue Quebec.

After the import compared the imported numbers with the paper copy.

I noticed that the numbers  in RL25, box F and box G are displayed in RED color.

What does it mean?

Also, I noticed that I have 2 paper copies of T4PS forms and only one RL25.

Is this normal?

During the import only one of the T4PS forms has been imported.

Best regards:

When numbers are displayed in red within TurboTax, it's often an indicator that there may be an error, a missing entry, or something needs your attention. It's important to verify the details and ensure that all the data imported correctly matches what's on your paper tax slips.

Regarding your question about having two paper copies of T4PS forms but only one RL25, it's not uncommon to receive multiple tax slips of the same type if you have similar income sources or contributions from different entities. As for the import issue where only one T4PS form was imported, it's possible that TurboTax didn't automatically import all forms, or there was an issue during the import process.

I recommend manually comparing the information on your paper slips to what's entered in TurboTax. If there are discrepancies, or any form hasn't been imported, you may need to manually enter the information from the missing slips to ensure your tax return is accurate.
