Sad puppy since trying to use a bookmark, everytime now

Hi,

I logged in, went in one of my returns (Philippe).  Then clicked on a bookmark for business income and got the sad puppy face.  I now get the sad puppy any time I try to edit my return.  Please help, I am paying interest on my owing.

Did you already file that return? If yes, you can't edit it unless you refile. 

You may need to clear your cache and cookies.
