Service payment

Hi, I’m looking to purchase the TurboTax live full service basic x2. But when I reach the payment page it won’t accept my card. It’s a TD VISA DEBIT card. Are these not accepted? I’m not a Canadian citizen and I don’t have a  Canadian or US credit card.

The credit card should be the only payment method used. Visa Debit Cards are not accepted by us.
