Social Insurance Number is missing. Please enter it on the Dependent form

Hello,

I've got this issue after removing a dependent from my file. There's no dependent but it still shows this error message in NETFILE. Any thoughts on how to solve this problem. ? Thank you

Hi, thanks for your question. Can you share more specifics on the Netfile error you are seeing, the message or error code if you have any. Dependants SIN is not mandatory to NETFILE, would need more information to triage your issue further.

Under the section:  Tax-savings/opportunities warnings and errors 

I have this error message even though I no longer have dependents listed on my personal tax profile.

I went back to remove a dependent but still got this issue.
