T2125 form for an independent contractor

I'm a independent contractor(chiropractor) and I pay 30% of every pay period to the clinic owner that go towards rent, software, and having front desk staff. Does the 100% of the fees I charge go towards my income, or is it just the amount that I actually get (the 70%)?

Thanks!
