"In one of your T4 slips, you entered CPP contributions in boxes 16 or 16A, or QPP contributions in boxes 17 or 17A, but no amount of pensionable earnings in box 26. If box 26 on your slip has “$0” in it, no change is required. If box 26 is blank, enter the amount from box 14 (up to a max of $73,200).
