I used online version of the Turbotax for the first time. I had created the account and already activated the turbotax with the security code.
Yesterday, when I logged in again and started to resume the work on the tax return again, my laptop got suddenly locked with a message appearing "Locking". It had never happened to me before. Is it a problem associated with security issue with the online version of the turbotax? Has it been compromised to cause the problem to the users?
I tried several ways, but my laptop wont even shut or start.
