We received 2 reassessments from the CRA to date due to the Turbo Glitch and worry more are coming!
What is Intuit Turbo Tax doing to rectify this issue? I see there is a class action suit that can be joined to receive funds back. Is this the path we need to go through to ensure we are FULLY REIMBURSED? Given the issue was on your end, we had no way of knowing it was wrong and now to be reassessed and charged interest back dating to the original tax year PLUS having to owe back funds that were never expected to be owed back, most feel this cost should be the responsibility of Turbo Tax. I would appreciate a response from your team in a reasonable timeline.
