Turbo Tax Full Service - no response

Hello

I was working with a "tax expert" using Turbo Tax full service (Bill M - he was great), and once I had provided all documents and data and Bill was ready to send to the review desk to get things finalized, the assigned "expert" was changed to Robert. I've since heard nothing about my return (radio silence since April 17th), despite the projected return completion date of April 18th. 
There is no way to get in contact with Robert (he's not responding to any messages sent through the platform) and I called the help desk and they don't have access to returns provided by the full service team...

Suggestions on how to get this file reassigned or completed? Tax deadline feels like it is approaching super fast...
